No jab, no pay? NO WAY!FREEDOM OF CHOICEProtests in Australia |
CODE OF CONDUCT etc
21 June at 13:00
Welcome to those who are joining us in this protest. #Freedomofchoice Rally is a peaceful protest. It is a means for exercising our democratic right to be heard and voice our objection to our human rights being impinged upon. We all have our own thoughts on whether we want to vaccinate our children or not and some of us may choose a few vaccines rather than all of them, and some may choose none. Either way, it affects us all. Our right to choose should not result in punishment. No Jab No Pay is not the way to go about it.
While we all have our own way of protesting, we want this to be the most affective protest it can be to get our message across. As a result, we have recommend the following “Codes of Conduct” that we kindly ask you read before attending the protest. This will ensure we are working together in our protest.
SIGNAGE & POSTERS:
All signage should reflect the purpose of this rally; human rights and our right to determine health care for our family, not any government or medical authority. Signs and posters should not contain crude language as this is a family friendly event. To assist you, we have recommended some banner slogans you may wish to use (List will be provided shortly).
MEDIA:
We encourage all participants to leave questions from the media to the allocated spokes people appointed to take questions and interviews at the event, as they are prepared to handle the media’s interrogation. If you do agree to speak to any media, it is suggested you have a friend also record the interview. This will allow recourse in the event that your comments are taken out of context.
PERSONAL SAFETY:
All protestors are required to act peacefully. This will ensure that our message is heard. Where an act of aggression has been made by someone toward you, remove yourself from the situation and do not respond. This will take away the aggressors ability to make excuses for further aggression, violence or abuse. Ensure you travel to and from the rally with a group of friends. Always be aware of your surroundings and carry your mobile phone with you at all times. Plan ahead, know your route and give yourself plenty of time to get to the event. Police will be in attendance at the event. Comply with reasonable requests and instructions during the event.
If in doubt, please ask us, we are here to help each other !!! PM message or via email: [email protected]
We are confident all rallies will be peaceful, successful events.
We look forward to seeing you there
